The restaurant serves an authentic Yamaga banquet-style cuisine consisting of fresh local ingredients including Kobe beef, famous Tajima-guro steak and fresh fish from Akashiura fishing port. Reservations are required for Breakfast and Dinner. A day visit for Lunch & hot-spring option is also possible.
